Vietnamese Meatballs

Ingredients :

Ground chicken
Garlic (minced)
Egg white
Shaoxing (rice wine)
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Fish sauce (nuoc mam)
Sugar
Corn starch
Sesame oil

Salt (adjust to taste)

White pepper (adjust to taste)

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together until well-blended
2. Form the meat mixture into balls
3. To cook, pan-fry or broil the meatballs until thoroughly cooked and browned
4. Place 3 or so meatballs on each skewer
5. Then broil or grill until thoroughly cooked
6. Can be served as an appetizer with a dipping sauce, or served with rice as a meal
