Garlic (crushed)

Black pepper (grounded)

Canola oil

Chicken (grounded)

Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Fish sauce

Red cayenne peppers (fresh, hot and finely chopped)

Green onions (chopped)

Fresh lemon grass (finely chopped)

Sugar (adjust to taste)

Salt (adjust to taste)

1. Heat the oil in a wok
2. Stir-fry the chicken, lemon grass, and garlic for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
3. Add the fish sauce, sugar, pepper, cayenne peppers, and salt
4. Simmer for 5 minutes
5. Garnish with the coriander leaves and green onions

 boil over medium heat                                          Serve with rice
