Fish Sauce (nuoc mam)

Onion (big)

Garlic

Vegetable oil

Pork chops (boneless )

1. Mix salt, sugar, fish sauce, minced onion, chopped garlic and oil
2. Pour the above over chops in a shallow dish
3. Allow to marinate 3 to 4 hours, turning meat occaisionally
4. Grill or bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 60
5. minutes or until cooked
6. Cut into pieces before serving
