Phat Kaphrao Het
(Stir-fried Mushrooms with Chilli and Basil)
Ingredients |

Mushrooms
(quartered)
Red chillies
Garlic
Salt (adjust to taste)
Basil leaves
Vegetable oil
Light soy sauce
Sugar (adjust to taste) |
Method
-
Pound chilli, garlic and salt into a paste

Heat oil in wok and when hot, stir fry paste until fragrant

Add mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute

Add soy sauce and sugar, and cook until mushrooms are tender
-
Add basil leaves and stir well until wilted, then serve
