Uru Mus Miris Badun (Devilled Pork)

Pork (wash and cut into 2 cm cubes)
Onion (slice)
Chile (fresh) (slice)
Garlic (crush)
Ginger (crush)
Cardamom (crush)
Cloves (crush)
Chile powder
Vinegar
Turmeric
Fenugreek
Salt (adjust to taste)
Chile sauce

Water

1. Place the pork in a pan, cover with the water and add the garlic, ginger, cardamoms, cloves, chile powder, vinegar, turmeric, fenugreek and salt and mix well
2. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pork is tender
3. Add the onion and chile and cook until soft
4. Stir in the chile sauce prior to serving
