Spicy Fish Curry

Ingredients

1 lb

4 tbsp

1 tbsp

2 tbsp

4 cups

1 clove

Tuna or Shark orRed Mullet)

Red pepper powder

Curry powder (fresh)

Black pepper

Vinegar

Water

Garlic

Salt (adjust to taste)

1. Wash fish and cut into cubes
2. Add vinegar and salt and knead into the fish
3. Then mix in red pepper  powder, curry powder, black pepper and garlic and cook for 20 minutes
