Kukul Mas Baduma (Roast Chicken)

Ingredients

1 3/8 kg

1 cloves

2 slice

1/4 tsp

1/4 tsp

1/4 tsp

25 ml

50 gm

1/2 tsp

Pinch

Chicken

Garlic (crush)

Ginger (crush)

Black pepper (crush)

Cinnamon (ground)

Cloves (ground)

Vinegar

Butter

Salt (adjust to taste)

Turmeric

Method
  1. Wash and dry the chicken
  2. Combine garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, cinnamon, turmeric, cloves, vinegar and butter
  3. Rub this mixture all over the chicken and allow to stand for 30 minutes
  4. Place the chicken in a roasting tray together with the marinade and cook in a moderately hot over for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally
