Idiappam Buriyani (String  Hopper  Biryani)

String hoppers
Carrot (grated)
Cabbage (grated)
Leeks (cut into pieces)
Bombay onions (cut into pieces)
Boneless chicken (chopped)
Curd
Dried chillies

Curry leaves
Saffron
Mustard seeds
Garlic (chopped)
Cadju nuts (fried)
Astra Cook n’ Fry
Salt (adjust to taste)
Small piece ginger (crushed )

1. Break string hoppers into small pieces
2. Mix chopped chicken and curd
3. Heat Cook n’ Fry in a pan
4. Add ginger, garlic, curry leaves and fry
5. Add chopped chicken and curd mixture and fry for 5 minutes
6. Add saffron, onions, mustard, vegetables and chillie pieces
7. Finally add string hopper pieces, fried cadju nuts, salt and mix well
