Green Banana Curry

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup

1/4 cup

2 tbsp

1/2 tbsp

 1 tsp

1 tsp

1 tbsp

Bananas (cooking variety, peel skin and cut into thin slices)
Oil
Milk (coconut or dairy)
Curry powder (unroasted)
Mustard
Turmeric
Onion
Sugar (optional)
Lime juice (or vinegar)

Salt (adjust to taste)

Method
  1. Fry sliced banana in oil until a light brown color, then remove and place on paper towels to remove any excess oil
  2. Add milk, curry powder, mustard, turmeric, onion,  salt,  sugar  and
    vinegar into a pot and bring to boil at low heat
  3. Then add the fried banana and cook for 2 minutes at low heat
