Broccoli Mallung

Ingredients

3 tbsp

1 medium

3 cloves

¼ cup

2 tsp

½ tsp

½ tsp

½ cup

2 large

Butter

Onion (finely chopped)

Garlic (finely chopped)

Dried shrimp (optional)

Red chille powder (grounded)

Turmeric

Cumin

Coconut milk

Broccoli stalks (finely chopped)

Salt (adjust to taste)

Method
  1. Heat oil in large skillet
  2. Add onion, garlic and dried shrimp (not for vegetarian)
  3. Saute 5 minutes
  4. Add chille powder, turmeric and cumin and saute 1 minute
  5. Add coconut milk, bring to boil
  6. Add broccoli and salt and cook uncovered for 5 minutes
