Chicken half-breasts with bone

Onion (finely chopped)
Garlic (crushed)
Eggplants (cut into cubes)
Green Beans (topped, tailed and cut in half)
Turmeric
Curry Powder
Ginger (grounded)
Chicken Stock
Tomato Puree
Salt (adjust to taste)

Ground pepper (adjust to taste)

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Fry chicken breasts in a large frying pan until golden on all sides (You may have to do this in several batches)
3. Place chicken in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper
4. Cook onion, garlic and eggplant in pan until onion has softened
5. Add remaining ingredients and stir into chicken
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked..
