Fresh Mushrooms with Kai Lan

 

Ingredients

450 gm

150 gm

2 slices

1/2 tbsp

1/2 tbsp

1 tsp

1 tsp

1 tsp

1/2 tsp

2 tbsp

1/4 cup

Kai Lan

Fresh mushrooms

Ginger

Garlic (minced)

Oyster sauce

Cooking wine

Light soy sauce

Sugar

Pepper powder

Oil

Water

Small amount of mixture of corn flour and water

Method
  1. Wash and cut kai lan into bite-size pieces
  2. Wash fresh mushroom, cut off hard stems and drain dry
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and saute garlic slices
  4. Add kai lan and add 1/2 tsp of sugar
  5. Sprinkle some cooking wine and add water
  6. Stir-fry everything until kai lan is cooked
  7. Dish up and spread in plate
  8. Heat the remainder oil and saute minced garlic
  9. Add fresh mushrooms and sprinkle some cooking wine
  10. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, pepper powder and mixture of corn flour and water and stir-fry
  11. Pour into plate with kai lan and serve hot
