Ingredients

(or corn oil)
Garlic (minced)
Shallots (minced)
Soy sauce
Salt
Freshly ground
pepper
Cold cooked rice (refrigerated leftover rice) (mashed lightly with
1 cup water) |
Method
-
In a 10
inch frying pan, heat oil and fry garlic till light brown
-
Add shallots, rice,
soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir the mixture constantly to prevent it
from sticking
to the pan and to ensure even cooking
-
Cook and continue stirring for 10
minutes
-
Serve hot
