1. Boil pork cubes in 1/4 cup water and cook until tender and set aside

2. Saute garlic until brown then add onion and tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes

3. Add pork and bagoong alamang and stir then after 5 minutes, add gabi

4. Pour in 1/2 cup water and cover and continue cooking

5. Add sitao when gabi is almost done

6. Add another 1/2 cup water and cook until sitao is done (but do not overcook)
