Boneless pork (sliced 1/4 inch thick and 2 inches wide)

Vinegar

Soy sauce

Sugar

Garlic (minced)

Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Black pepper (ground ) (adjust to taste)

Salt (adjust to taste)

Tomato ketchup

1. In a bowl mix marinade together vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, pepper, salt tomato ketchup and Worcestershire sauce (optional) and let stand for 15 minutes
2. Place pork in marinade
3. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator
4. Stir pork occasionally to evenly distribute the flavor
5. Arrange meat slices on skewers and place on hot grill
6. Brush marinade on pork while cooking and grill until the meat is thoroughly done
