Paksiw Na Pata (Pickled Pork
Hock)
Ingredients

Pork knuckle
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Bay leaves
Garlic (crushed)
Dried banana blossom (soaked in water)
Black pepper
Water |
Method
- In a large saucepan, boil pork knuckle in
water and simmer until tender
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, bay leaves
and banana blossoms
- Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve
