Ingredients

Minced pork
Prawn (finely chopped)
Mushrooms (finely chopped)
Spring onion (finely cut)
Salt
Pepper
Soy sauce
Egg
Lumpia wrappers

Method
  1. In a deep pan, brown mince pork and drain
  2. In a bowl, combine the first minced pork, prawn, mushrooms, spring onion, and salt
  3. Add egg, soy sauce and mix thoroughly and season
  4. Spoon about 2 tbsp of mince mixture onto lumpia wrapper, fold and roll
  5. Deep fry rolls in batches until golden brown

Serve with sweet chilli sauce
