Coconut (grated)

Shallots (sliced)

Ginger (chopped)

Bell peppers (seeded and chopped)

Salt (adjust to taste)

Pepper (freshly ground)

Onion rings for garnish

1. Cut fish into 2 cm cubes and marinate in vinegar
2. In a non-metallic bowl, combine remaining vinegar and grated coconut
3. Extract the juice and strain it into a glass bowl.
4. Add fish cubes, shallot, ginger, chilli, salt and pepper.
5. Chill the raw fish salad in the refrigerator
6. Then transfer to a platter and garnish with onion rings
