Ingredients

1 kg

1/2 cup

1/2 cup

1/2 cup

1/2 head

1/2 tbsp

1 tsp

2 tsp

Squid

Vinegar

Soy sauce

Honey

Brown sugar

Garlic (finely chopped)

Ginger (finely chopped)

Hot chili pepper (minced)

Salt (adjust to taste)

Method
  1. Wash and clean squid well
  2. Remove the black ink
  3. Remove the skin and film
  4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and marinate the squid for at least 1 hour
  5. Grill squid for about 4 minutes on each side
  6. Heat remaining marinade mixture for sauce

Serve with sauce
