Fish Tinola

Fresh cleaned fish

Water

Ginger (crushed)

Tomatoes (sliced)

Green peppers

Green onions (chopped)

Salt

Freshly ground pepper

1. Slice the fish into small pieces, drop into soup pot filled with boiling water, add tomatoes and ginger, leave for 10 minutes, then add the green peppers, onions, and then salt and pepper

2. Cook for 5 minutes
