Ground chicken

Flour (all purpose)

Sweet pickles (chopped)

Onion (chopped)

Raisins

Link Chorizo (finely chopped)

Green peas

Eggs (beaten)

Sausage (vienna)

Eggs (hard boiled & sliced)

Sharp Cheddar cheese (cut into strips)

Pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt (adjust to taste)

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
2. In a large bowl combine the chicken, flour, pickles, onion, raisins, chorizo and peas
3. Mix well and season with pepper and salt
4. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly
5. Spread mixture on a piece of aluminum foil
6. Arrange sausage, hard boiled egg slices and cheese strips on top of mixture
7. Shape mixture into a cylindrical roll about 4 inches in diameter and wrap in foil
8. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour
9. Unwrap and serve before serving with ketchup
