Cardillong Bangus
 

Ingredients

1 medium size

Bangus (sliced 4-5 pieces) Onion (sliced)Tomatoes (sliced) Garlic (minced) Patis Vetsin Water Egg Cooking oil
Method
  1. Sprinkle a little salt on bangus and set aside for 1 hour

  2. Fry until golden brown

  3. Saute garlic until brown, add onion and tomatoes

  4. Add patis and stir for 3 minutes and pour in water

  5. Season with vetsin

  6. When it boils, add fried bangus and cook for 5 minutes, then, stir in slightly beaten egg

  7. Serve hot
