Asadong Manok (Marinated Chicken Stew) Ingredients
2 lbs	Chicken (cut into serving pieces)
Marinade:
1/4 cup 4 tbsp 1/2 up 1/2 tsp 3 tbsp 2 tbsp	Soy sauce Lemon juice Water Salt Worcestershire sauce Cornstarch (dissolved in a little water)
Method Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate the chicken in the mixture for an hour in a large pot Cover the pot and simmer gently for an hour until meat is tender Serve hot
