Spicy Karhahi Chicken

 

Ingredients

1/2 kg

2 tsp

1 tsp

1/4 cup

1 tsp

Chicken (cut into bite size pieces)

Ginger and garlic paste

Ginger thinly sliced

Ghee

Black pepper

Green chillies

Salt (adjust to taste)

Red chilli powder (adjust to taste)

Green coriander leaves (as required)

Method
  1. Add salt and water to the chicken and cook till tender
  2. Now heat oil and add ginger+garlic paste and cook a little
  3. Then add the chicken and cook adding ginger slices, salt, red chilli powder, pepper and green chillies and cook until little brown
  4. Serve hot with coriander leaves on top
