Spicy Bean Soup

Ingredients

1. Place liquid from the chickpeas into blender, add 1 cup chickpeas and puree until smooth

2. Heat oil in large pan over medium heat and add garlic, sausages and crushed red chili and sauté until sausages are cooked through, for about 8 minutes

3. Add tomato paste, chickpea puree, remaining chickpeas, chicken stock and spaghetti (or pasta shapes)

4. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until pasta is tender and mixture is thick, stirring occasionally

5. Season with salt and pepper

6. Ladle soup into the bowls, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately
