Peanut Sauce (Sambal Kacang) Ingredients
1 2 tbs 2 tbs 1 cup 4 tbs 1 tbs	Onion (medium, chopped) Oil Chilli (grounded) Coconut milk Roasted peanut (grounded) Lemon juice Salt (adjust to taste) Sugar (adjust t taste)
Method Saute onion in oil Add chilli, reduce the heat and add peanuts and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly Bring to boil Add coconut milk and allow to simmer for 5 minutes Add salt, sugar and lemon juice
