| For the sambal-grind into a paste: | |

5 2 cloves 1 6 1/2 inch |
Dried chillies (soak in water) Garlic Dried shrimp paste (belacan) (5 cm x 2.5 cm x 0.6 cm) Shallots (or 1 large onion) Fresh turmeric Enough oil to saute the sambal |
Method
Potatoes (cut small), carrots (cut small), green peas, corn, prawns (fresh or dried) and eggs can be added, if desired |
