Chicken (cut into bite size pieces)

Coconut milk (thick)

Curry powder

Chicken stock powder

Chilli powder

Salt (adjust to taste)

Worchestershire sauce

Red pepper (sliced)

Lime juice

Sugar

Dry mustard

Oil

1. Mix chicken, coconut milk, curry powder, chicken stock powder, chilli powder and salt and marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator
2. Cook over low heat until dry and leave to cool
3. Heat oil until hot and add chicken pieces and fry for about 1 minute
4. Remove chicken pieces and heat up oil again
5. Fry chicken again until crispy and golden brown
6. Drain oil
7. Mix Worchestershire sauce, red pepper, lime juice, sugar and dry mustard as sauce
