Chicken (cut into bite size pieces)

Shallots

Garlic

Ginger

Soya sauce (thick)

Large onion (sliced into rings)

Lime

Turmeric powder

Salt (adjust to taste)

Red pepper

Coriander leaves (chopped)

Oil

1. Marinate chicken with salt turmeric powder
2. Heat oil in wok and fry chicken until crispy
3. Keep aside
4. Grind shallots, garlic and ginger
5. Use 2 tbsp of oil to fry ground shallots, garlic and ginger until fragrant
6. Add soya sauce and chicken pieces and mix well
7. Before removing from heat squeeze lime juice and add onion rings
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and red pepper
