Shredded green papaya
Red serrano chilies (adjust to taste

Green serrano chilies (adjust to taste)
Garlic (skinned)
Green (or string) beans (cut 1" pieces)
Cherry tomatoes (cut each in half)
Ground peanuts (optional)
Small dried shrimps
Lime juice
Fish sauce
Sugar
Dried shrimps (finely ground)
Iceberg lettuce leaves

Cabbage leaves

1. Combine  lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and dried shrimps (for dressing) in a small bowl and set aside
2. Using a mortar and pestle, pound chilies and garlic to coarse texture
3. Add papaya, green beans, tomatoes and pound 1-2 minutes longer, mixing with a spoon while pounding
4. Add dried shrimps, peanuts, dressing and mix well
5. Serve immediately with cabbage and lettuce leaves

Goes well with steamed sticky rice
