Garlic
Chillies
Tomatoes (cut)
Fish sauce
Salt
Lime juice
Sugar

1. Peel the green papaya and rinse under with water and shred the fresh with grater

2. Place the garlic, chillies and salt into mortar and mash with a pestle until crushed

3. Add the remaining ingredients then mix then well for several minutes and serve
