Fresh ginger (mince)

Cilantro (chop)

Green onion (sliced)

Eggs (beaten)

MSG

Mien cilantro (chop)

Lemon grass (slice)

Garlic (mince)

Red pepper (sliced)

Salt (adjust to taste)

Pepper (adjust to taste)

Oil for deep frying

1. Put MSG, salt and pepper on meat

2. Put red pepper on meat

3. Make araun water from ginger and add to meat

4. Add cilantro, lemon grass, green onion, garlic, mien cilantro and eggs and mix well

5. Make small meat ball about one inch in diameter

6. Deep fry about 10 or 20 meat balls in oil and fry for about 5 minutes

7. Drain well and serve with rice
