Mien cilantro
Chives (chopped)
Lemon basil
Cilantro (chopped)
Lime leaves
White onion (sliced)
Lemon grass (sliced)
Chiles arbol (minced)
Garlic (minced)
Boneless beef chuck (cooked and chopped)
Limes (cut in half)
Red pepper powder
MSG
Black pepper
Fish sauce
Rice powder
Bean sprouts
Salt (adjust to taste)

1. Put in a bowl fai,  mien cilantro, mint, chives, lemon basil, chopped cilantro and lime leaves
2. In a separate bowl add onion, lemongrass, chiles and garlic
3. Put meat in large bowl
4. Squeeze lime into meat, add salt, red pepper, MSG, and sprinkle black pepper
5. Add onion  and garlic  mixture (2) and mix well
6. Add fish sauce and mix well
7. Add rice powder and mix well
8. Add bean sprouts and mix well
9. Add cilantro mixture (1) and mix well

Eat with lettuce and rice
