Aw Koo  (Mixed Rice)

 

Ingredients

3 lb

2 large

2 medium

2 tbsp

1 1/2 cups

1 1/2 cups

Rice (cooked)

Green peppers (slice)

Onions yellow (slice)

Oil

Cilantro (chopped)

Lemongrass  (mince)

Eggs (break into bowl)

Pork roast (slice the fat off)

MSG

Salt

Method
  1. Add salt and MSG to the eggs and stir

  2. Put the oil in the pan and put the eggs into the hot pan but don't beat but turn the eggs
  3. Continue turning and cooking until eggs are brown
  4. Carefully slice and put the eggs in the bowl
  5. Slice the meat thinly put the sliced meat into the pan
  6. After about 10 minutes remove excess oil from meat
  7. Stir the meat every few minutes to prevent sticking to pan
  8. Stir fry onions until soft and add green pepper
  9. Add lemongrass cover cook for 15 minutes and remove from pan
  10. Add 1/2 tbsp oil to pan and add 1/2 cup rice and heat
  11. Add the meat to the rice and  1/2 tsp salt
  12. Keep stirring rice and meat and add rest of the rice to meat
  13. Add cilantro after 5 minutes and mix thoroughly
  14. Add the eggs, add salt to taste and serve
