Porridge)
Ingredients |

Carrot
Onion
Rice
Chicken broth (or water)
Sesame seed oil
Sesame seed
Raw
egg yolk (optional) |
Method
-
Wash
rice and soak in water for more than 1 hour and drain well (This is
optional, if you want it quick, you can skip this)

Chop carrot and onion finely
-
Put sesame seed oil into a large pot and stir in carrot and onion and
during stir frying, add salt and pepper
-
Add soaked rice and stir together
-
Stir until rice is cooked or color of rice turns white
-
Add chicken broth and wait until it boils
-
Lower the heat and let it shimmer until contents become paste like
-
Put it in a bowl and add sesame seeds and a raw egg yolk (optional) on
top
You
can put anything you want on top. Put sesame seed leaf cut into strings,
sea laver strings, or cooked meat on top |
