Chicken (small size)
Wings and ends of chicken
Water
Jinseng (fresh)
Rice (short grain)
Jujube
Chestnut
Gingko nut
Garlic
Salt (adjust to taste)
Pepper (adjust to taste)

Method
- Remove wings and ends of chicken
- Boil water, wings and ends of chicken,
and fresh jinseng for over 1 hour and filter with a gauze to make
soup ( also keeping the jinseng for later use)
- Make steamed rice after soaking
- Boil chestnut in soup
- Put steamed rice and chestnut in chicken
- Set chicken and jinseng in a stone bow,
and pour in the soup
- When it boils, put the jujube, gingko
and garlic in the soup
- Again boil and add sugar and pepper
