Mi Yeok Gook (Beef and Seaweed Soup)

Ingredients

1 oz

4 oz

1/2 tsp

Mi yeok (dried seaweed)

Beef

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Salt

Method

In a pot, add sesame oil, saute beef with soy sauce
Add water and seaweed, bring to a boil then cover to simmer
Cook for about 30 minutes until seaweed release the flavor and soup gets milky
