Kimchichigue (Pork and Kimchi Casserole)
Ingredients |

1/2 lb
14 oz
3 cups
12 oz

Boneless pork chop
(cut into bite size pieces)
Chineses cabbage "kimchi" (cut into bite size pieces)
Water
Tofu
Green onions
Dried mushrooms (soaked in water)
Salad oil |
Method
- In a pan over medium heat, in hot
oil, cook and stir pork
- When meat
is nearly done, stir drained "kimchi" and reserve the "kimchi" liquid
- Stir in the liquid and continue to
cook
- Add water, bring to a boil,
and remove from heat
- Add cut-up tofu, mushrooms, and green onion
