Hot and Spicy Pork Ribs

Ingredients

31/2-4 lbs

3 - 4 cloves

1/4 cup

2 tbsp

2/3 cup

3 tbsp

Pork ribs (sliced)

Garlic (finely chopped)

Soy sauce

Sugar

Hot bean paste (kochujang)

Green onions (sliced)

Yellow onion (sliced)

Sesame seeds (toasted)

Salt and black pepper (adjust to taste)

Method
  1. Slice ribs into individual pieces, removing excess fat
  2. Boil until cooked and drain
  3. Combine ingredients and mix well
  4. Marinate for 24 hours (for best results) or at least for 2 hrs
  5. Grill for best results
  6. Brush on any remaining sauce while grilling or discard

Served with white rice
