Chicken (skinless, boneless, cubed)

Scallions (minced)

Garlic (minced)

Ginger (minced)

Gochu jang (Korean chili paste)

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Sesame seeds

Sugar

Salt

Water

1. Mix chicken with all ingredients except water in a large bowl and let marinate 1-8 hours

2. Place chicken and marinade in a large pot

3. Mix in water and bring to a boil

4. Reduce heat to low and simmer 25-35 minutes and stir occasionally

5. Season to taste and serve
