Dak Calbi (Chicken Stir Fry)

 

Ingredients

Chicken pieces

Cabbage

Carrot

Sweet potato

Onion

Green onions

Oil

Marinating Sauce:

2 tbsp

1 tbsp

6 cloves

1 tbsp

1/2 tbsp

2 tsp

1 tbsp

1 tsp

1 tbsp

Red bean paste (gochujang)

Finely ground red pepper

Garlic

Soy sauce

Ground black pepper

Ginger juice

Sugar

Sesame seed oil

Rice wine

Method
  1. Clean chicken, and cut the way you want (with or without bones)

  2. Make sauce with red bean paste, soy sauce, ground red pepper, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper, sugar, sesame seed oil and rice wine by mixing well

  3. Marinate chicken meat with sauce for 7-8 hours

  4. Cut cabbage, carrot, onion, and green onion into thick strips

  5. Put all vegetable into hot frying pan with oil

  6. Put chicken over vegetables and stir-fry until chicken is done
