Wasabi Slaw

 

Ingredients

1-2 tbsp

2 tbsp

3 tbsp

2 tbsp

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

2 cups

1 cup

1/2 cup

1/2 cup

Wasabi powder

Water

Seasoned rice vinegar

Vegetable oil

Brown sugar (packed)

Sesame seeds (toasted)

Chinese cabbage or savoy cabbage (chopped)

Red radishes  (chopped)

Cucumbers (chopped)

Sunflower seeds (roasted and salted)

Method
  1. In 1-cup glass measure or small jar, combine wasabi with water and let stand 10 minutes
  2. Add vinegar, oil, brown sugar and sesame seeds
  3. Toss dressing with cabbage, radishes, cucumber and sunflower kernels
