Roasted Peanut Sauce
Ingredients |

Peanut butter
Peanuts
Thai curry paste
Ginger vinegar
Cilantro (chopped) |
Method
- To prepare the sauce, place
peanuts on baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree F oven until toasted,
for about 10 minutes
- Let cool, then combine peanut butter, peanuts, Thai
curry paste and ginger vinegar in a blender and puree
- Add cilantro and
blend just to incorporate ad set aside
