Dashi soup stock

Boiled snow peas

Onion (thinly sliced)

1. Put the soup stock in a pan and bring to a boil
2. Add onion slice in the pan and simmer for a few minutes on low heat
3. Add soy sauce and salt in the pan and bring to a boil
4. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour into the soup slowly so that the eggs will be cooked thinly
5. Stop the heat and add boiled snow peas
