Egg

Shiitake mushrooms (chopped)

Onion (chopped)

Soy sauce

Mirin

Salt

Fresh ginger juice

Bread crumb

Vegetable oil for frying

1. Mix chopped onion, shiitake, chicken, soy sauce, mirin, ginger juice, salt, egg, and bread crumbs in a bowl
2. Mix well and make small balls
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry meat balls until they are brown
