Pork Fillet (very thinly sliced)

Ginger (freshly grated)

Japanese Soy Sauce
Mirin

1. Place the soy sauce, mirin, and ginger in a bowl and mix well
2. Add the pork slices, turn to coat and leave to marinate for 10 minutes
3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan until very hot, add the  pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes

Serve immediately
