Udang Rebus (Boiled Prawns)

 

Ingredients

Red prawns (udang api-api) (clean and let them whole)

Carrots (slice thinly)

Onion leaf (slice thinly)

Celery (slice thinly)

Big onion (slice thinly)

Black pepper

Salt (adjust to taste)

Pepper (adjust to taste)

Method
  1. Boil carrot, onion leaf, celery and big onion with black pepper in 4 cups of water

  2. Let them boil about 30 minutes, and add salt and pepper to taste, then add the prawns and boil until cooked for about 2 minutes

  3. After that take out and drain the liquid and serve
