Teri Kacang (Peanut and Tiny Seafish)

 

Ingredients

Tiny salted fish (rice teri fish)

Peanut

Shallots

Red chilies

Green chilies

Vegetables oil

Method
  1. Stir fry tiny fish and peanut with 1 tsp oil until golden brown
  2. Remove and leak through and set aside
  3. Slice shallots very thinly and also slice both chilies in round forms then stir fry these with 1 tsp oil until faded
  4. Add the peanut and tiny fish and mix it for approximately 2 minutes
  5. Remove and ready to serve
