Prawns (small size soft skin, discard head, tail and clean)

All-purpose flour

Sugar

Salt

Bicarbonate of soda

Bean sprout

Leeks (cut into 2 cm)

Onion (thinly sliced)

Red chili (thinly sliced)

Corn (kernal)

Water

Oil (for frying)

1. Combine all ingredients and a cup of warm water
2. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until all ingredients are really combined (for about 1 minute)
3. The mixture should be thick enough in order to spoon it into hot oil for deep frying (If the mixture is too thick add more water)
4. Deep fry until golden brown
5. Best serve hot with chilli sauce, satay sauce or ketchup

 over medium heat
