Fresh squids (clean, especially the ink-sack)

Tomato sauce

Mushroom ketchup

Garlic (grind until fine)

Shallots (grind until fine)

Lime juice

Pepper (adjust to taste)

1. Mix garlic and shallots with tomato sauce, mushroom ketchup and lime juice

2. Add salt and pepper to taste

3. Soak the cleaned squid in the spices above about 45 minutes so that it can penetrate

4. Fry the squids until half cooked

5. Finally roast the squids until cooked and golden brown

6. Ready to serve
